You can find estimated delivery window on the product page , it varies depends on the product type and couriers we are using .
If your order is coming with one of our preferred third party couriers, we will send you an email once we have dispatched it. This email will tell you the name of the courier and the tracking number, so you can stay updated all the way.
Depending on the distance, you could be given a one or two-day delivery date, as it will depend on the journey on the day. Our courier can only deliver to the ground floor and some couriers only offer door step delivery , and we do not offer assembly and old furniture removal service .
Remote Areas
We do not deliver to remote areas such as the Channel Islands, Grampian, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles.
We do not deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Returns
If you wish to return your items, our returns policy allows you to return your items within 30 days after receiving the items. If your items are unfortunately faulty, there will be no extra charge for collection.
If you ordered by error or changed your mind, please do not worry , we could accommodate your request as well , small collection charge may apply in this case .
Return Packaging
All returned goods must be wrapped in packaging as our couriers do not transport unpackaged items. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging if you would like to return the goods.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item that needs to be returned and you have disposed of the original packaging, we kindly ask you to source alternative material, for example, bubble wrap & for the item to be re-boxed. Please note that the penalty fee does not apply to faulty or damaged items.
Refunds Policy
For return cases, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving the items. For all other refunds, it will be processed within 7 business days.

"The material on the bed is wonderfully soft. The pistons work well for lifting the mattress up and down. I love the shape of the headboard - especially complimentary in an attic room. The delivery company didn’t update beyond an initial email, so I was worried my item hadn’t been dispatched, but it did arrive in good time. Furniture Maxi were good at corresponding when I had dispatch concerns. Excellent value."

"Terrible quality it definitely won’t last as long as beds I’ve had in the past, it’s much more of a yellow cream rather than a white cream as shown in the photos, the instructions are very unclear and not easy to follow had to guess through most of it. The screws were not labelled correctly and again had to guess which ones were for which part, the small tools it came with are the wrong sizes for most of the parts so had to use my own tools."

"Product lovely once assembled, however there have been some manufacturing errors; some of the holes in the metal frame for the mattress were too small for the screws to go in so are just pressure held together. One side of the outer frame has a white plastic floor protector attached on the side pointing upwards which isn’t removable. The instructions were poor with no description and lack of detail, so we were left guessing through most of it. I wouldn’t mind the delivery taking 10 full days if the product arrived perfectly, but because of these issues it can’t be more than 3*"
