Frequently Asked Questions
What size parasol pole fits these tables and do I need a base?
Our garden tables feature standard parasol holes that typically accommodate poles up to 38mm or 48mm in diameter. For safety, you must always use a suitable parasol base underneath the table. A base ensures the parasol remains stable and prevents the pole from putting undue pressure on the table's central hole or glass top during breezy conditions.
How do I clean the parasol hole and maintain the glass tabletop?
To maintain your set, clean the parasol hole and ring with warm, soapy water to prevent dirt build-up. The tempered glass tabletop should be cleaned with a non-abrasive glass cleaner and a soft cloth. When the parasol is not in use, we recommend using the provided parasol hole cap (where applicable) to create a smooth surface and prevent debris from falling into the frame.
Can I leave the table and parasol outside during winter?
While our tables are made from rust-resistant aluminium and frost-proof PE rattan for year-round outdoor use, parasols should always be stored indoors during winter and heavy rain. We recommend covering the table with a breathable rain cover when not in use. Always remove the parasol and close the hole cap before fitting a cover to ensure a tight, protective fit against the elements.
