What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please carefully inspect your packages when they arrive. You may choose to refuse the delivery as 'damaged' (the goods will be returned to us). Once opened, if you find your order is damaged, missing any parts, faulty or is in any way incorrect, please contact us within 14 days via email.
Can I exchange my order?
If you are looking to exchange your products, a collection/delivery quote will be required.
What is the warranty period?
The products recommended by the Trade Team are covered by a 1-year warranty. Some products are not suitable for specific environments. Make sure you get in touch with the Trade Team to receive the best suitable products for your project.
Can I pay a deposit to hold stock?
We do not accept deposits. We reserve the stock once funds have been cleared.
What is the returns policy?
You need to contact your Trade account manager within 14 days from the day that you received the order.
